Our Story 
Established in 1977, Insulation Services is a family-run business based in Crowborough, East Sussex that specialises in Windows, Doors, Conservatories and Home Improvements.
Set up by Jeffery and Susan Cottingham in 1977 the business is still run by the family today, with Stephen Cottingham (their Son), Rosemary Clevett (their Daughter) and Sharon Cottingham (Stephen's Wife) taking over the day to day running of the business, with Mark Venn (Stephen and Rosemary's Cousin) who is the Surveyor.
Although fashion and trends have changed our quality and customer care remain. As do our key values, providing customers with bespoke, quality products and services from our experienced team.

What is FENSA?

FENSA is a government-authorised scheme that monitors building regulation compliance for replacement windows and doors. FENSA’s mission is to improve window and door replacements across England and Wales, by professionalising installers and protecting homeowners.

They make sure the work complies with building regulations, is energy efficient, and registered with the local council. And verify that every FENSA Approved Installer’s guarantee is insured.

In December 2018, Insulation Services was awarded a 'Certificate of Excellence' and were presented with a trophy marking over 25 years membership to the Plastics Window Federation (PWF).

The Platinum 'Certificate of Excellence' awarded to insulation Services is for acheiving and maintaining the highest standards in both installation and customer service.
